浙江跃进锻造有限公司属中外合资企业为跃进控股集团子公司（前身为瑞安市跃进锻压厂）也是集团总部所在地，地处十四个沿海开放城市之一的温州市西郊，距市区25公里，陆、海、空四通八达。公司现有员工564人,工程技术人员46人，厂区占地面积82亩（5.5万平方米），年产值超亿元。历年来为瑞安市百强企业和五十强合法纳税企业；91年创办以来一直树立着浙江地区锻造行业标杆企业形像，以行业最高质量管理水准要求自己；得以使企业向世界锻造行业第一梯队企业发展。98年公司管理体系经8.1质量体系认证中心审核确认的质量体系符合标准:GB/T19002-1994 idt IS09002-1994；此后公司于2004年12月26日经TUV（德国莱茵公司）审核通过ISO-TS16949 汽车行业体系认证并全面贯彻实施； 2010年公司又率先顺利通过TUV（德国莱茵公司）ISO-14000生产坏境认证, 并在锻造机械同行中树立标杆企业形象。

公司拥有以2500吨、1600吨、1000吨、630吨、400吨、300吨离合式高速高能螺旋压力及摩擦压力为主的22条锻压生产线并配以精良的模具加工中心、数控机加工设备及一流的专业检测设备； 在未来五年内我司将引进4000吨以上锻造机组，以适应行业竞争、同时满足高端客户对我们的不断的要求和期待；在此同时公司技术创新团队运用世界领先的主流模具设计软件UG、Pro/E、SolidWorks、Cimatron12、AUTOCAD等，同时我司还引进由俄罗斯Quantor公司提供的QForm锻造模拟软件用以解决锻造工艺设计和优化模具设计、制造等技术难题，通过模拟金属成型过程中出现的问题，改善并优化模具设计和制造,从而解决因模具设计失误所造成的产品不良。　　公司被ZF柴埃浮、本田、维柴动力、玉柴集团等国内外知名主流汽车及配件企业指定为定点锻件机械加工生产基地；并为宝马摩托、意大利比亚乔、新大洲本田、五羊本田、嘉陵本田、马来西亚雅马哈、大长江集团、济南轻骑摩托车集团等高端客户长期配套，并为全国及海外客户提供各种型号汽车配件及摩托车和锻件铝锻件铜锻件等有色金属及合金锻造机加工产品（如: 曲轴、连杆、变档拔叉、起动蹬杆系列、摇臂、曲柄、减震器摇臂、精锻齿轮、起动轴、转向球头及一些标准件等）。同时获得各种荣誉。 我公司欢迎国内外客户来函来人治谈业务。公司竭诚为广大客户开发设计或按图或来样生产、制造出使您满意的高品质产品。

China-Yuejin Holding Group Co., Ltd. is located in Ruiang Zhejiang province, which is only 25 kilometers from Wenzhou and famous for the title 'China Production Base of Forging Products'. Under the parent company, there are a series of sub-companies, such as Zhejiang Yuejin Machinery Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Yuejin Forging Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Yuejin Nonferrous Metal Manufacture Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Yuejin Import &；；；Export Co., Ltd., and Ruian Yuejin Automotive Parts &；；； Accessories Co., Ltd. These factories occupy a floor area of over 100,000 square meters, the main products are steel and aluminum forgings and finished products to be used on automobiles, motorcycles, and engineering machinery with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons. At present, there are 820 staffs, of whom 105 are engineers and technical personnel. It is an executive member of Forging Association of China. Ever since its establishment, the group company has upheld the quality concept of 'carefulness, elaborateness, exertion, satisfaction'. The group is a designated supplier of necessary accessories for some famous enterprises, such as China Sino-truck Group, First Automobile Works, Grand River Group, Wuyang Honda Corporation, Sandiro-Honda Corporation, etc. Its products have also been sold to foreign enterprises, e.g., PIAGGIO, SATA, Magnet Marelli, and OMR of Italy, ZF of UK, CNH, TAURUS, KFM of the United States, TVS-M ofIndia, as well as Ziegler and Dorma of Germany. The group and its sub-companies have been equipped with excellent machinery and testing equipments. Take for example, they have introduced from Italy a J55-1600A-ton clutch high speed high capacity spiral press, 16 full automatic (composed of GD460 machinery hand- rolling gorging machine) or semi-automatic (composed of various friction presses) production lines, 3 continuous supporting-roller hardening(carburizing) furnace production lines, as well as fine die process equipment.
